My phone is not turning on

I have samsung galaxy J2 Pro(SM-J210F) which was remained unused for a long time. After a long time i tried to re-use it again but now the phone is not turning on. I have tried with the new battery also but still my phone is not turning on, what may be the solution for such issue?
