Somehow i pressed something and it locked my screen. Now i need a pattern to get into my.phone and i dont know it because it happened by mistake. All it says when the pattern screen comes up is "wrong pattern" it doesnt give me the choice to reset or anything. I am completely lockrd out of my phone what do i do

You could try a factory reset as this will reset the phone back to its factory default condition and remove any pattern lock or PIN number.
Be aware that doing this will erase all your data and downloaded apps.
As your model phone is fairly old and is operating on an Android OS version < OS v5.1 it won't have a FRP lock (factory reset protection) feature which would mean that if there was a Google account tied to the phone you would need to know the account user ID and password as this is needed to access the phone once the reset had been performed.
If you want to reset it, I'm not totally sure of the procedure for your particular model but try the following as it covers most Alcatel phone models:
Turn off your phone.
Press and Hold
a). Volume Up + Power button (or)
b). Home button + Volume Up + Power button (or)
c). Volume Down + Power button (or)
d). Volume Up + Volume Down + Power button
Try all of the above steps one by one, until you see the Android exclamation mark.
Next, While holding down the Power button press and release Volume Up Button.
Next, select option: “wipe data/factory reset” using the Volume Down, and the Power button to confirm the operation.
After that, choose the option “yes” with the Volume Down, to select and the Power button to accept.
Finally, press the Power button to enter option “reboot system now ”.
