My laptop keep having bootloop stuck at Samsung sign

My laptop can't get into the bios due to Samsung showing up and rebooting immediately. Also how to get into the bios.

Update: the device had some faulty parts on the motherboard due which starts having issues only after 2 months of normal usage. So I sent it back to Samsung to get repair for free.
