Hp Elitebook 840 G1 sound problem
My laptop has getting sound cracking. I can't solve this things

you mentioned cracking, i guess when playing music ..... it sounds bad?
sounds like internal speakers are breaking up. if you use 3.5mm to ear piece, does it sound well?
keep computer power adapter ON
you can try this.
download and run HPIA
https://ftp.ext.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/...
Click on Analyze
Allow for some time for the system to complete the discovery.
click on recommendations tab when discovery is complete.
check on the the items that is recommended to install. especially on audio drivers.
click download.
select on the radio button, download softpack, extract files and install.
once done, your pc will need to restart to update bios and misc.
