To clarify, did you forget the password to the laptop to login?
Is it mentioning Bitlocker at all? If it mentions Bitlocker and is asking for your Bitlocker code but you do not have it written, saved, or stored anywhere else then no, you cannot recover the data at all.
If it is NOT asking about Bitlocker, you can likely get in but it will require a trusted professional in your area that you trust with both your equipment and your data, which can be both hard and expensive to find.
