Hi @payaljain124

When the laptop turns on, press F2 repeatedly to get in the BIOS menus.

Once in BIOS check if the SSD is being shown as detected by the BIOS.

If it isn't shown then the problem is either a loose motherboard - SSD connection, a faulty SSD or a motherboard problem.

If it is shown then the SSD may have a corrupted boot partition and that is why the laptop says "boot device is missing".

Use a Win 10 (Win 11?) USB recovery drive to repair the OS on the SSD.

You can create a recovery drive from any known working Win 10 (11) PC. All you need is an 8GB USB flashdrive and about 40-60 minutes of your time.

In the host PC go to Control Panel > Recovery > Create a recovery drive and follow the prompts. ''''

When you have the recovery drive, insert it into the laptop and then turn the laptop on. It should boot from the USB into the Windows recovery menus. Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced > Startup repair
