Headphones Wires are broken

Hello Guys My wires of headphone are broken these are some third party headphones hopefully you guys can help or i will get scolded real hard by my father. I dont know which one is right and which one is left The one with 2 wires is working while One with the 4 wires are not working

Please if you know how to fix them help me.
