Why need to hold power button for 30 sec everytime when adaptrr is not

When charger is not connected , i need to press power button for 30sec ,then my laptop switch ON, when charger connected, laptop switch ON with single press.

Options

@muhammadtalh798 you may have a battery that is getting weak or your RTC battery on the motherboard is losing it's charge. Let us know what the exact model of your laptop is.
