My xbox starts and turns off right away

i plug in my Xbox it works only the first time for like around 5-10 seconds and then when you try to turn it on again it starts the noise but then shuts off . I try again pressing the power button and again it starts but shuts off. Does anyone have a way i could fix this?

Most likely blown capacitors on motherboard or bad power supply
