Hello @muhammadibtesam! Let's see if we can get this little overheating problem fixed!

Firstly, what I would do is wait until the computer is getting hot, and then press Control-Shift-Escape on the keyboard. A little window should appear; from the bottom of the window, select "more details". A list should appear with percentages at the top.

What is the CPU percentage? If you have no programs open, then the CPU percentage should be around 20-30. This will be higher if you have programs running. Click the top of the CPU column (the red box in the attached picture) so there is a up arrow in the box. Which item is at the top of the list? Is it using a significant CPU percentage? If so, closing that program, or avoiding using it would solve your overheating issues. Another thing that may be causing overheating issues is Windows. From the iFixit picture, it looks like your laptop was designed to run Windows 7. If you are running 8,10, or 11 that could be causing overheating issues too, as your laptop was not designed to handle the load of those operating systems. You could install Linux in addition to/instead of Windows, as it is less computer intensive. You could also look into your thermal paste and/or fan. As I mentioned, your laptop is an older machine, and thermal paste and fans lose effectiveness with age. If none of the above fixes or explains your issue, then I would open it up and see if the fan is all choked up with dust and pull off the heat sink and replace the thermal paste. There are currently no guides about your laptop, so while you're doing all this, it would be helpful if you created guides so others can benefit from your experience.

Good luck!
