Screen locked wants password to power off or turn on
My tab A SM-T550 suddenly is asking for a password after I swipe screen. If I try to power down it wants a password to do that. I think I have to factory reset and lose what isn't on the sd card, but none of the hold power/volume down, then power//volume up seems to work

sometimes holding the power button for longer will turn it off, failing that you could disconnect and the reconnect the battery
