TV periodic flicker issue

My MarQ TV (its Flipkart's (an Indian e-comm company) inhouse brand) has developed a periodic flicker issue. What happens is as I switch on the TV, the screen is fine for 2 seconds and then flickers for another 2 seconds and this is on an endless loop.

This is a MarQ by Flipkart (55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED TV that I got in 2019.

that is a vertical scan issue. More than likely on the main PCB. But, it could be a power board issue.
