screen went black no battery charging screen

I'm not sure how to use this forum,it's not showing my phone related question,I have the 2021 4g G stylus by motorola, screen went black, nothing has I've tried has worked, there's no battery charging screen when plugged in,can't reset, only thing that happens when I hold the power button for 10seconds is a little white light at the top of the screen flashes once.thats it, everything I have is in this phone, could some one email me ,I have to return this pos borrowed phone today.please and thank you
