Huawei Nova 5T touchscreen unresponsive after display replacement

Hello guys

Recently I bought a replacement screen for my Huawei Nova 5T, the old screen was wrecked.

So I replaced the screen, all was good, nothing damaged during replacement but display show image and touchscreen is unresponsive.

I saw on a forum that if you change the display when phone is turned on, with old display connected the new display will work, this weird thing worked for me too but when I restart the phone or reset it touchscreen won't work again.

Why is acting like that, is certainly a display problem or I do something wrong?
