@heisenberg5279 it is a bit confusing. You speak about a black screen but "goes to black screen and the I see the hp logo but not bright I hardly see it". That would be a backlight issue. Try this. In a darkened room turn the computer on. Next, use a flashlight and shine the beam at an angle against the screen. See if you can make out shadows or shapes of your desktop. If you do, then it is your backlight that has failed.

This could be an issue with the backlight LED driver, The display connector, a backlight fuse or even the backlight in the LCD panel. Not sure what this "power button and keyboard are not working after I turned it on." is about, but hopefully we can determine what happened to your laptop. Download the Maintenance and Service guide for your computer from here First check the BIOS Settings etc. if you can. If not then next disassemble it so you have a good look at the motherboard and the LCD connector. Check for any obviously damaged component, anything charred, missing etc. could be a possible cause. Take plenty of pictures of your motherboard etc. with your Question. That way we can see what you see and hopefully guide you further. You will need a multimeter to check a few parts if we can properly identify your motherboard.
