Pixel 3 charging very slowly and indicator not on

Out of the blue my Pixel 3 started charging very slowly with any charger or cable.

Overnight got only to 40% when in safe mode.

Battery icon is not on when charging.

However - if I turn it off and connect the charger, it does turn on.

Can't connect it to my Mac either.

Is it an issue with the port? Battery was fine the previous day, didn't drain fast or anything.
