Xbox one turns itself on and has no power up sounds or disc tray noise

I have a Xbox one that's one batch behind the day one xboxs. So it plays like a normal Xbox. But when you turn it on/ try to eject a disc it makes none of the audible noise that it should.

Then it also randomly turns itself on in the middle of the day. Never randomly off always on

(No pets or other people in the house who would be accidentally turning it on)
