I forgot user name mommy password

I have a nabi 2 with version4.4.2

And product version 2.0. I forgot user name mommy password and can’t seem to change it, any suggestions. If you call Mattel customer support they will send you a free gift. It will not be a new tablet😏

@darlynebrown seems like the only way to recover it would be by doing a hard reset. You will lose all of your user data on this Nabi. Here is a great video on how to reset.

Only thing you have to be careful off, is if you use an existing account to sign in to, you will need the password for that.
