Screen freezes randomly and keeps crashing and rebooting when charging

Everytime I charge my band, the screen will randomly freeze and restart when I touch it when charging. What do I do? I used many different chargers and adapters with it and it still does the same thing. How do I fix it?

Have you showered in it? 
Mine had similar symptoms and it turned out that moisture got inside, I took it apart, dried it and the problem disappeared
