I replaced my lcd in my IPT4 and it gave me a white screen, so i went through the hard reset steps over and over and nothing, so i connect the busted lcd back up and it works flawlessly. so i assume its a bad lcd and proceed to order another new one and still get the same results. I have also done a full restore. any suggestions?

It sounds like a bad lcd. If one of them is working and the other is not, even after restoring it, then I would say it is the part itself.
