Ps1 problems with motherboard

My ps1 scph-9002 has a problem with motherboad, it turns on but no video output, no audio or any spinning. Everything is connected.Should i replace the motherboard or try to fix it? Previous user had istalled modchip, so problem could be there also

Also problem is not caused by tv or video output cable

Have you check if the Av output are damaged?

Nothing is turning on, av output and motherboard looks fine

Options

Make sure your PSU cables are connected, and check its voltage with a DMM if you’re sure it is properly connected to the board. It’s more likely to be the board’s power supply if nothing is happening on the motherboard.
