The Nissan Sunny is an automobile built by the Japanese automaker Nissan from 1966 to 2006. In the early 1980s, the brand changed from Datsun to Nissan in line with other models by the company. Although production of the Sunny in Japan ended in 2006, the name remains in use in China and GCC countries for a rebadged version of the Nissan Almera.

Hi @dandaniel29708

For both the turn signals and the hazard light not to work it could be a problem with the hazard switch or the flasher unit.

If you can't hear the flasher unit clicking when the turn signal lever or the hazard switch is operated, more than likely the flasher unit is the problem.

Here's a video that may help to show where it's located. I realize it says for a 2001 Sentra but this is the USA model name for a Sunny.

Here's the electrical wiring diagram for the turn/hazard signals that may help if it isn't the relay or the switch

Having been working on cars for half a century now, my old school experience tells me that the first thing to try here is the flasher unit marked M42 on the wiring diagram. That's the part that used to go out all the time, although on modern cars you rarely have to replace them any more. All the same, I'd bet on that first before the hazard switch.
