Is there a screen calibration?

Replace my screen about a month ago, I have to press the screen harder and at some points it feels like I'm going to break the screen so I stopped and see if there's anyone out there that knows if there's some sort of calibration.

There is a self calibration if you boot it into safe mode and hold the power button until you see the screen pop up it's logo (M) and then disappear and then pop up again and then let it boot normal that's what fixed mine after the repair, it's like the CMOS in a computer If the battery is removed or dies fully it resets the settings to factory spec

On these newer phones, no. If the screen doesn't respond the solution today is to replace the screen.

I do not see any guides on the site for this phone, but the screen can be found here: Moto Z4 Screen - Genuine

For disassembly the usual method applies to Moto: Heat up the back (use caution if it's plastic), disconnect the battery and then the screen. Once you disconnect the battery you MAY be able to pry the screen up without further disassembly but use a bit of caution if you do this. I've done it a few times for frame only work but I generally know how much wiggle room I have when I'm inside the phone or if it just can't be done. When in doubt, play it safe and remove the motherboard.
