Issues with transferring screen data

Does anyone know why when I try transferring the data with the iCopy Plus 2.2 it displays all the data on the new screen on the programmer but when I disconnect the new screen from the programmer and reconnect it, it displays no data on the programmer. Do I have like a defective screen? The display works normal when I connect it to a screen.

Although the programmer wasn’t displaying any data, I reconnected the screen to the iPhone and true tone was available.

Hi Emanuel,

I've noticed on my iCopy that even though it's read the screen data, it usually doesn't display it, but it does program it correctly. If you really want to see it in the programmer - for instance reading it back to verify it - plug the iCopy into a computer and use the QianLi software to pull the screen data; that way you should be able to see it.

I plugged the programmer to a computer and it still doesn’t save the data. I have attached images above.
