My V7 allergy shuts off when I put it on max setting. I have cleaned it very well and put in new filters.

There is most likely a battery problem. You can try fully charging the battery and see if that resolves the issue. If not, you should purchase a replacement battery. If the issue persists even after replacing the battery, you will need a replacement main body.
