Lost a couple of tiny screws, where can I get replacements?

Almost done with battery replacement on my Surface Pro 4, when I brilliantly lost the two tiny screws that hold the heat sink on top of the battery. This is in step 25, and calls for T3 bit to screw in a 2.2 mm and a 2.4 mm screw. Where can I get these screws?

Your local computer repair shop or mobile phone repair shop would have some lying around from old units they can just throw at you... won't cost you anything.
