Why is my screen ghost touching
When i plug in the charger the touches on its own

If you are using a charger other than the one that came with your device, try a different charger, preferably the charger that came with the device if you have it, and see if it resolves the problem. You can also try cleaning the screen or removing the screen protector if you're using one.
