it's constantly power washing

whenever I turn the computer on it say this in the image

it just does this on a constant loop. I'm assuming it's a critical error.

Chrome OS might be damaged in a way such that powerwashing doesn't fix the issue. I would recommend making a recovery drive for it using another computer. You'll need a flashdrive to save it to. You'll also need the exact model of your Chromebook.

You'll need to know the model of your Chromebook to select the correct version of the recovery media.

Google has a page for recovery that has all the directions and links to appropriate recovery media.

If that still doesn't resolve your issue, it's more likely this is hardware related.
