Ps5 Beeps but won’t turn on, I replaced the power cord not working

PS5 beeps when I press the power button, tried holding the power button but it does not do the second beep. I replaced the power cord and it’s still having the same problem. I also replaced my HDMI cord as well. Still same problem. How do I get this resolved without having to take it to a shop?
