Stuck on splash screen infinitely.

I had this phone when I was younger and its had an interesting story, one week the battery didn't die for about 7 days and then died, I tried to charge it and it never turned on again.

A few years later I took the phone and bought a new screen and battery for it, turned it on and the screen did not work, found a missing component near the screen, used a heatgun from the phone I bought for parts and took the piece of and put it on my phone, it then turned on, and stayed on the Sony splash screen, forever.

I want to know how to revive this phone without a reset, it isn't detected the sony xperia app either, its literally a brick.
