Why my speaker making crackling/rattling sound on right side? Especially on low frequency sound. I search all over internet. Not even one method work for me. Have been tried to adjust L & R balance, left side is fine. FYI, I'm not cranking up the volume to the max. Only using on 50-70% of volume. Is there any other method that can help me without disassembly?

Sounds like you either have a blown right speaker, or some debris has worked itself into the computer and his resting on the speaker causing a rattling noise. In either case, you'll probably need to open it up to inspect the speaker. If you can't find anything loose or any debris then you may need to replace the speaker. You should also check with Apple to see if you have any Apple Care coverage. Good luck!
