the screen when i turn it on looks like a strobe light and idk what happened. I tried to back up everything and i tried to restart it to the factory default but nothing seem to go right..... please help !!!!!

Either a loose cable on the display assembly or the display is going bad. I worked on one last week and after reconnecting the cable several times determined that the display was bad and replaced it.

If you did any work on it you may also want to check the cable connector on the logic board and see if a pin broke -- seen flickering caused by that too.
