Im go my room and when i go to bed i slept on the tablet it crack the touch pannel , my house it's very far fixing shop i want to fix it ,because it cheap on online shop about 15$ and i don't know how to teardown it ?

@whooopyay what my esteemed colleague @tench_ni meant to say was to use videos like this or even something from here for the front glass. That only works if your LCD still works. Remember to disconnect the battery. That does not get shown in video #1

there are videos on youtube clearly showing this repair. this can show you a better of idea how to repair it than someone explaining it
