Could I use a SE gen 1 display on a SE gen 2?
I would like to replace my cracked SE 2 display. Does the SE 2 use the same display as the SE gen 1?

I don't think that they are interchangeable.
ifixit sells displays for both models and shows that the screen for the SE 1st Gen is compatible with 44 mm SE Apple Watch smartwatches model A2352, A2354, A2356.
And the SE 2nd Gen is compatible with 44 mm SE 2 Apple Watch smartwatches model A2723, A2727, A2724, A2856.
Also they have different part numbers which is usually a good indicator that they're not interchangeable. If they were they would use the same part having the same part number.
