Don’t know how to set time on my Panasonic RC-6304

I recently had bought a Panasonic RC-6304 weather-fm-am clock radio and the radio works but I have no idea how to set the time and I couldn’t find a video online on how to set it up

Options

There should be a knob on the left side. Try turning that. If it works like resetting a mechanical counter, then the problem should be solved
