I just replaced my screen as per the instructions and now it seems to be stuck in a boot loop. Screen comes on show "google' in color on the screen and them goes black and repeats. Not sure how to get it to run the calibration process.

I am having the same issue and it seems to be something in the screen. If I put the old screen back in the phone immediately boots.

UPDATE: Turns out they packaged Pixel 6 Pro screens in their Pixel 7 Pro kits! The two screens are extremely similar and it appears the hardware is technically compatible but the software is not.

I am having the exact same issue. No response from support on this yet.
I bought the replacement screen on Oct 9, 2023 for my google pixel 7 pro. And I have absolutely the same problem - old screen works fine, replacement screen only shows Google logo
@konst83434 @jptaormina they likely sent you a pixel 6 Pro Screen! I took my phone and the ifixit screens to a ubreakifix and they confirmed the issue. I'm sure ifixit will make it right. It's obviously an easy mistake to make.

It sounds like either your replacement screen is faulty or that something wasn't done correctly during the replacement procedure. There could be many reasons for a device to bootloop, however, since this occured upon a screen change, it's most likely hardware related. It's mostly about power when we're talking about hardware-related bootlooping, and the phone not being able to draw the correct amount of current from the battery for it to function normally.
These could be some of the causes of this issue:
I don't know where you bought the replacement screen from, but as long as it's not a cheap knockoff, it shouldn't be the issue on the first hand. Here's a link to a replacement screen from iFixit.

@amjtech Thank you so much for posting your answer and adding your video! I've run into the exact same issue and I would not have realized why had you not written that post.
I do have a question though: My phone is currently stuck in a boot loop and I can't figure out how to turn it off safely. Should I just let it loop until the battery dies?

if you can put the old screen on the phone and you can see anything on the old screen you can use an OTG adapter if you have one and a mouse to turn the phone off.. if you already glued it back together yea just let it go dead
@amjtech Unfortunately the old screen was so badly shattered it did not survive disassembly.
Hold volume down and power button for 30 sec until recovery screen come up. Push volume up button then select power off.

Verify ifixit did not send you a pixel 6 pro screen like they did to me!

The new problem screen has date code 20210305. The old scrren (also from IFIXIT in September) has date code 20210805.
