Why is my dashboard LED screen display not working?

2017 Hyundai Sonata: My LED dashboard display, (shows maps, calls, and music) in my car went out one day, but comes on every once in a while when it is below freezing outside. Then after the car heats up a little it will shut off. Im not sure if it is a fuse issue, a screen issue but I have not gotten this fixed for about a year now. I’m not exactly sure how to remedy this issue.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Here is a list of things that might be the cause, I would check them in this order:

1. Hold the reset button (I believe it should be under the volume knob on most newer models for Kia/Hyundai) for 10~ seconds to reset the screen.

2. Check out the below image for the fuse box diagram. I would check the Multi Media fuse (15A) and make sure it hasn't blown. Apparently in some cases just taking the fuse out for 15~ seconds and putting it back in has fixed the issue in some cases.

3. If it isn't the fuse try disconnecting the battery for about 15-20 minutes, but if the fuse didn't work this probably won't either.

If none of this works then you could be dealing with a blown screen or a bad ground.
