What minimum mm wire (aluminium) should be used to carry a load of 3 KW to house?

Hi @adarshmohanty,

What voltage supply being used?

Power (watts) = voltage (Volts) x current (Amps).

You have supplied the power value (kW) and not the supply voltage value, but it is the current value (Amperes) that has to be known when determining the cable size i.e. A=P÷V e.g. 3000W ÷ 230V = 13.04A or 3000W ÷ 120V = 25A

Also the type of cable insulation is important as well.
