phone doesn't connect to WiFi network with more than 2 m distance.

Hi

My phone doesn't connect to WiFi network with more than 2 m distance. I have to be in the same room as the WiFi.

Another thing, my phone requires to be in close physical contact with the device whenever I'm connected to a device that uses bluetooth like wireless earphones or speaker.

Please help.

Hi @gregk4338

Seems like there may be a problem with the WiFi/BT antenna (loose/damaged etc - they both use the same one) in the phone. If the antenna/antenna connection appears to be OK it may be a systemboard problem

Here is a composite image taken from a teardown video showing the antenna and also the WiFi/BT troubleshooting flow chart taken from the service manual, that may help.
