My MP3 player is stuck on the power symbol. The actual symbol. The map player is a Zooaoxo 64GB. Search it up. It won't change, and I've tried to turn it on and off, but it won't work. I removed the sim card or whatever it is called but still nothing. The screen is just black and with the power symbol in the middle

@joshuabake66786 check your charger to make sure that it is working, check your charging cable to make sure it does not have any bend, broken or corroded pins etc. After that clean your charging port. Use a few drops of isopropyl alcohol and a few puffs of compressed air to clean it out. If that does not help, you want to change the battery. If nothing else, it will give you a known-well starting point for further troubleshooting.
The battery is a 3.7V, 500mAh, 1.85Wh, KBT 303450PL looks like they are readily available.

I have zooaoxo v200 voice recorder / mp3 player. i made a factory reset to clear the old data and now its stuck on logo screen. and not starting. Battery is fully charged so no issue of batter. is there any manual system to reset the recorder? i tried to connect it with computer it says unrecogonised usb.

Battery is fully charged so no issue of batter. is there any manual system to reset the recorder? i tried to connect it with computer it says unrecogonised usb.

I have the same player, recently its been bugging me that i cant display album/song covers while playing music it also feels really basic and i want to make it abit more "snazzy" i have had both an ipod and walkman in the past and want to have the ui similar to one of those or the same on the zooaoxo but i cant find anything! can any one help?
