Dsi won’t turn on after switching the outer shell

After switching my Dsi shell for a new one my Dsi won’t turn on. The blue light that indicates my Dsi is on turns on and then off when I press the power button. How do I fix this?

Does it work if you put it back into the old shell?

by

I didn’t try that since it’s gonna take a while to put it back in the old shell but, I did a bit of googling and found that the cause is likely a disconnected wifi board. So i’m gonna see if there’s something wrong with the wifi board first.

@mydsiwontturnon always double check your work. Make sure that all boards are properly connected. Double check the flex cables. make sure they are properly seated and do not have any tears etc. If it worked properly before, then there is not reason why it should not work now, for as long as everything got properly connected and nothing got shorted out.

I double checked it and redid the ribbon cables and now it works.
