Why is my phone not making calls or sending messages?
Why is my phone not making outgoing calls neither receiving calls. Why is it not sending or receiving calls?

not enough info for a good answer.
- Are you located in proximity to a tower?
- Are there any bars showing?
- Is the phone in Airplane mode?
- What is the info shown; SETTINGS/CONNECTIONS/MOBILE NETWORKS/ACCESS POINT NAMES then under your provider name?
- Does the phone indicate that you can make emergency 911 calls?
- Can you connect to WiFi and load apps from the play store?
- Can you use a voice recorder app and listen to the recording?
Solutions:
- get close to a tower for your provider
- not definitive - continue
- remove airplane mode
- If no provider or info appears for the provider, the SIM may be bad. The phone may also be defective if it is not seeing the SIM or the radio is not functioning. Remove and replace the SIM or try someone else's SIM if the phone is unlocked or if they have the same provider.
- It may do this if your service has been cut off for lack of payment or running out of minutes.
- If so, part of the radio is working.
- If so, the microphone and speakers are working.
Other than that - it is probably not user fixable.

Is the SIM card being detected OK i.e. no error message?
Are there any network signal bars being displayed?
have you checked that the phone is not in airplane mode?

Could be blocked, check the imei number online to see if it’s clean or black listed. Dial *#06# to see the imei number.
