My external hard disc one segment alone does not show up why

I have an external hard disc and I have partitioned to 6,One segment does not show up every time I need to bring it from the source.This issue is from today after I updated my Macbook pro this morning. Kindly throw some light please.My updated version is 13.4.1.Thank you Regards.

What does Disk Utility tell you? What is the format of this partition? Why did you set up the drive with so many partitions? Six it quite a lot!
