What is preventing the OS reinstall from Recovery Mode? The model you have should support it. Does it give you an error when you try to reinstall from Recovery Mode? If so, what is the error? Do you know if the device is Activation Locked to an Apple ID?

Before this I went to Recovery mode which is Comand+R but I did a mistake and I formatted SSD then never boot to recovery mode or passed the Apple logo.

Macbook is not passing apple logo, stuck on apple logo

Maybe you can try holding Command+Option+Shift+R on startup. That should hopefully open a version of Internet Recovery Mode that will allow you to reinstall the OS that shipped with the computer. You could also try Command+Option+R. Good luck!

I did this as well. But it goes to black screen never apple logo with progress bar are showing up

Interesting! It sounds like it may have an issue with the firmware—I'm not sure how to resolve that if DFU mode isn't working for you. It might require contacting Apple and sending it into them to resolve, or maybe a local repair shop would be able to help you out? Good luck!
