In power off mode just Charging sing blinking but wont start charging.

My Samsung Galaxy A10s running very well and its charging well in power on running mode. No problem i faced when device is in power on.

But the only problem is when i am wish to charge my device in power off mode and plugged it in to charger(after device turn off)- the battery sign  appears but it wont start charging count down animation and the charging sign appears and disappears and the display light bilinking continually.
