My phone is just keeping connecting and disconnecting the USB while I didn't put any USB cable. Please help me to fix it. My screen is always on because of that.

I would suggest inspecting the charging port for bent pins. There may be some that are out of place and making contact with one another or something similar.

It sounds like the general consensus here is that you're going to need to replace the charging port. The good news is that it's a pretty simple procedure for your phone, and the fact that the charging port is mounted on a separate board makes it inexpensive and easy.
