Replaced Cold Inlet Valve But Only Hot Water (not crossed lines)

Hey everyone, this one is a weird one that I just dont know what to fix. here is the story in short:

Just moved and everything is hooked up correctly (cold to cold, hot to hot, water turned on). This is a Samsung Front load washer. I ran a load on cold wash and it ran with hot water. I thought the lines were marked incorrectly so I flipped them. Did the same load and this time it was cold...win right? NO I then ran a load of hot wash and it came out cold. So I thought that my cold water inlet valve was bad so I replaced it. Reconnected the lines correctly and ran more loads and the exact same problem.

So it appears that the washing machine is only taking whatever water line is connected into the hot water inlet valve even though the cold side is brand new (replaced yesterday). Any idea what the issue could be?

Okay I appreciate the response. All that has been tried but to no avail. I did some additional testing with a plumber friend of mine and confirmed that even though the supply lines are good, the thermistor appears to be the issue as the inlet valves are working...just the system cant seem to figure out what should be cold and what should be hot. He pulled the thermistor and confirmed the readout was not within Samsung specs and we ordered a replacement from Amazon. I will update once I get it in this week to see if that fixes my issue.

Hi please update, i have same issue here. Initially my cold water solanoid had swelled and i bought new part but after reverting back to cold water inlet still will not funrion proper when pipe connected to cold water inlet functions well when pipe connected to hot water inlet, pases reads load weight everything but not when on cold water inlet.
