Can I solder a x360 fat power supply connector into a x360 slim PS?

I have a broken x360 fat power supply that I wasn’t able to fix. It’s the one with the 6 pin connector. Can I take a working x360 slim power supply and replace its connector with the fat’s one?

You would need another Fat 360 adapter, can't modify a Slim adapter to work on a Fat. Different connector and wiring.

I own two: a 4GB E I got at the GS trade-in price for cash at the time (moddable), and a "500GB" where the hard drive was removed but I built a 60GB hard drive from a fat 360 drive (not sure about how moddable it is)

@nick I know, but that’s exactly what I want to do: replace the slim adaptor’s connector with the fat’s one.

@thaisbrollo Won't work. Different wiring. You have 2 pins (maybe 3) on the slim, but 6 on the fat models.
