Why is my Oculus Quest 2 not turning on?

My Oculus doesn't turn on even when I charge it until the light turns green and even when I can hear the "turning on" sound. The screen doesn't lighten up or show any loading symbol. I tried pressing and holding for as long as even 30 seconds, nothing happens. Thank you.
