Stuck on Lenovo starting screen with Lenovo logo . Please how I could resolve it without loosing data

@moh93915 the very first thing I would do is to remove the battery for a couple of minutes, then replace it. It is also possible that this is a battery fault, you do want to consider replacing it. After that I'd try boot to recovery with the phone turned off hold the Volume Up + Power key for a couple of seconds. When you see the Android icon, let go of the keys. Let us know what you get with all of this. Use this video as your guide.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do. Thanks very much for your help. Battery is working well I tried the turn on and off and tried recovery mode but option stuck and not responding. After that today the mobile now dark screen not even Lenovo screen loading more.
@moh93915 remove the battery to reset your phone. You will actually have to take it out of your phone.
